Poison Garden : ‘Trompette de la Mort’

This mushroom is a gourmet delight. It has a rich flavour and a pleasant, fruity aroma.

But she can be difficult to find.

Her dark colour and strange shape makes her look like a little black holes on the forest floor, you can stare straight at her and yet still miss the wonder before your eyes.

Can be roasted or fried, chopped, powdered and dried. But my personal recommendation is to smoke it.
